Designed because we saw it wasn’t working anymore
Maven K was created after years of watching the women around us — especially our mothers — struggle with something that should have been simple: getting dressed and feeling good in their clothes.
Not because they didn’t care about style.
But because the clothes available to them no longer seemed designed for them.
We saw the frustration up close
We watched our mothers stand in front of the mirror, trying on outfit after outfit.
Not because they wanted to look younger.
But because nothing felt quite right anymore.
Too tight in the wrong places.
Too shapeless in others.
Comfortable, but frumpy — or stylish, but uncomfortable.
And slowly, we realised:
The problem wasn’t their bodies. It was the clothes.
So we decided to do it differently
Maven K was born from a simple idea:
What if clothing actually worked with a woman’s body — instead of against it?
